Vendor Responsibilities\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• Each participant is responsible for the setup, presentation, and supervision of their\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003egoods.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e5. \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cb\u003eEvent Management Rights\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• Event organisers reserve the right to inspect all items for sale and to remove any vendor\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003enot adhering to the terms and conditions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• Organisers may terminate a vendor’s participation at any time if these rules are violated. No refund will be given.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e6. \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cb\u003eSafety and Conduct\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e• Vendors and attendees must maintain respectful and courteous behaviour at all times. Anyone found being rude to staff, customers or other traders will be asked to leave. No refund will be given.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e• Packing up before the end of the sale is not permitted and is a breach of customer health and safety. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eBy registering for the yard sale, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please note, failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e7. Failure to supply\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e The Steamworks shall be under no liability for delay or failure to provide the services as a result of any act or circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to, Act of God, legislation, injury, terrorism, war, fire, failure of power supply, bad weather conditions, lock down or strike.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eCANCELLATION POLICY\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll bookings are final. The stall fee is non refundable and cannot be transferred to other events.
